EZ-International Announces Acquisition
of Product Lines from Ortho-Kinetics, Inc.
Brookfield, WI/September 5, 2003 --- EZ-International, Inc. (EZI) is pleased to announce that it has acquired the commercial product lines and related assets of Ortho-Kinetics, Inc. (OKI) based out of Waukesha, WI. The purchased product lines include EZ-Shopper and Mini-Shopper electric shopping scooters, Pony Express motorized utility carts, and BREEZ electric transport chairs. Also included in the acquisition is the service parts business for Lark and other consumer scooters previously manufactured and marketed by OKI. Business operations have been relocated to a new facility in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

The Pony Express motorized utility cart is designed to improve productivity and decrease the risk of injury anywhere a standard push/pull cart is used including office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing plants, hotels/resorts, healthcare facilities, theme parks, libraries, and other similar applications. The BREEZ electric transport chair is designed to safely and comfortably transport patients in healthcare facilities and mobility-impaired travelers in airports and other mass transit facilities.
